At Passage Publishing, we strive to ensure your wardrobe additions are a perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your refund or exchange.
